Zula Avocado Hors d’Oeuvre

This delicious dish is marvellously easy to prepare – especially if you can buy ready-made taramasalata. Serve as a first course to Greek meal or as a light summer lunch, accompanied by Pita and some well-chilled Retsina.4 avocados

8 oz. ready-made taramasalata

Halve and stone the avocados and arrange them on individual serving plates. Spoon the taramasalata into the hollows and serve at once.
