Vermont Maple Dip

This sweet and soar dip is delicious served with fruit as an unusual and refreshing hors d’oeuvre. Try a mixture of strawberries, cantaloup or honeydew melon balls, fresh piyieapple chunks and banana slices.


5 fl. oz. sour cream

1 tablespoon maple syrup

In a small mixing- bowl, mix together the sour cream and syrup until they are thoroughly blended. Taste and add more maple syrup, if you like.

Spoon the dip into a small serving dish and chill in the refrigerator for minutes. Remove the dish from the refrigerator and serve at once.
