STEAMED SULTANA PUDDING

4 lb. Self-raising flour, pinch of salt, 1 oz. Margarine, 1 oz. Grated raw potato, 1 tablespoonful sugar, 2 table spoonfuls sultanas, a little milk. (Enough for four persons.) Put flour and salt into a basin and rub in the margarine. Stir in the grated potato, sugar and sultanas. Mix with milk and turn into a well-greased basin. Cover and steam for two hours.
