Neuralgia refers to pain (often severe) along the course of a nerve, or in its area of distribution.

– meat, liver, kidney
– brewer’s yeast
– milk and dairy products
– egg yolk
Vegetables contain no B12, which is why persons on a strictly vegetarian (vegan) diet should make sure to take some form of B12 supplement.
