Increasing your intake of Vitamins C and E can help treat some cases of male sterility. Main sources of Vitamin C are:

– fresh fruits, especially kiwis, gooseberries and citrus fruit (lemons, oranges, grapefruit);

– fresh vegetables, especially cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, green peppers, potatoes and parsley.

Good sources of Vitamin E:

– wheat germ

– hazelnuts, almonds

– green leafy vegetables

– cod liver oil

– vegetable oils

Try to limit the amount of processed or prepared foods you eat, since the toxins they contain can have a negative impact on fertility in both men and women (consult the section on Sexuality for more information).
