Mousse aux Abricots et aux Mures ‘

A very colourful and superb dessert, Mousse aux Abricots et aux Mures (mooss oh-zah- Bi bree-koh ay oh mure) is remarkably easy to prepare, although you do need ‘a blender. It is ideal for an easily made dinner party dessert as you need not soak the apricots overnight. If you like, you may make the mousse the day before and then chill it in the refrigerator.


12 oz. dried apricots

1 teaspoon lemon juice

2 oz. { cup sugar

4 egg whites

8 oz. blackberries

1434 sugar. Place the bowl in the refrigerator to chill until you are ready to serve the mousse.

Just before serving, top each mousse with a spoonful of blackberries.
