Marshmallow and Tangerine Pudding

This delectable dessert is the sort of thing you can make in a minute or two to welcome unexpected dinner guests – and it will guarantee they’ll stay for more! Miniature marshmallows are best for this dish if they available; if not, the large, sweeter marshmallozos may be substituted.

10 oz. marshmallows

15 oz. canned tangerines, drained

8 fl. oz. sour cream

1 oz. dark chocolate, finely grated

In a medium-sized serving bowl, combine the marshmallows, tangerines and sour cream, beating with a wooden spoon until they are well mixed.

Sprinkle over the chocolate and place the bowl in the refrigerator. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
