Gorgonzola Dip

Rich and creamy Gorgonzola Dip may be served as one of a selection of dips at an informal party. If the dip is too rich for your taste, the cream cheese may be replaced with an equal quantity of sieved cottage cheese.4 oz. Gorgonzola cheese

4 oz. full fat cream cheese

2 tablespoons single cream

2 tablespoons brandy

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mash the Gorgonzola cheese with a wooden spoon. Work in the cream cheese and stir in the cream and brandy.

Spoon the dip into a small bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until required.
