A super crunchy salad combining sweet and savoury mgredients, Zute Salad is just the dish to serve as part of a vegetarian meal.
1 lb. fresh beansprouts, washed and drained
4 oz. red cabbage, finely shredded
4 celery stalks, trimmed and finely sliced
4 oz. unsalted peanuts
3 bananas, cut into ;J-inch slices
6 fl. oz.
Combine all the salad ingredients in a large salad bowl and pour over the French dressing. Using two large forks, toss all the ingredients together to coat them thoroughly. Serve immediately.
