Serve Yogurt Dressing with salads as an interesting alternative to mayonnaise or vinaigrette, or as an accompaniment to fried vegetables or kebabs. An alternative method of making the dressing is to put all the ingredients in a screw-top jar and shake thoroughly. (This method allozosyou to use only as much dressing as is necessary and to store the remainder in the refrigerator until required.)
12 fl. oz. yogurt juice of
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Place all the ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl and beat them together with a fork until they are thoroughly combined.
The dressing is now ready to use.
