Wykeham Mushrooms

12 large mushrooms, wiped clean and stalks discarded

1 tablespoon melted butter

½ teaspoon salt :, teaspoon black pepper

Using a pastry brush, brush the mush-room caps, inside and out, with the melted butter. Sprinkle over the salt and pepper.

In a small saucepan, heat the pate over low heat until it is warmed through. Remove the pan from the heat and spoon a little of the warmed pate into each mushroom cap. Top each mushroom with a little of the breadcrumbs.
