SPAGHETTI

(BAKED) ½ lb. Spaghetti, 6 oz. Cheese, small piece of garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, pint of milk. (Enough for four persons.)

Put spaghetti in rapidly boiling water and boil, uncovered, for 1215 minutes. Drain. Chop cheese finely and mix well with the spaghetti. Grease a baking-dish and place the garlic in the bottom – it must be minced finely. Put in a layer of the mixture and sprinkle with the salt, pepper and paprika. Pour in the milk, bake in a moderate oven for 40 minutes. While it is baking, stir the mixture with a fork two or three times.
