Rum Butter

Rum Butter is a variety of Hard Sauce and is traditionally served with Christmas Pudding or Mince Pies. It may be stored in the refrigerator for up TO 2 weeks in a screw-top jar.5 oz. unsalted butter

4 oz. cup soft brown sugar

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon grated nutmeg

2 tablespoons rum
