Roquefort Dressing

Serve this deliciously different salad dress- ing with a mixed green salad, or with a cold fish dish.

8 fl. oz. French Dressing

2 oz. Roquefort cheese, finely crumbled

1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

Place the French dressing in a medium-sized mixing bowl and mash in the cheese until the mixture is thoroughly combined.

Stir in the chives.

Either use the dressing immediately or pour it into a screw-top jar and chill in the refrigerator until required.
