In a large mixing bowl or punch bowl, combine the lemon juice, sherry, brandy, tea and wine, stirring until the ingredients are combined. Add the cucumber peel and place the bowl in the refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes.
Remove the bowl from the refrigerator and remove and discard the cucumber peel. Serve immediately.
