Rechauffe

Rechauffe (ray-shoh-fay) is the culinary term for a dish based on reheated, leftover food such as meat, poultry, fish or vegetables. A sauce, beaten egg or some alternative form of moisture is usually incorporated since cooked foods tend to be very dry when they are cooked twice.
