This refreshing first course, is simple to prepare and delightful to eat. If Williams pears are not available, use any large, round-shaped dessert pear.
3-4 SERVINGS
1 ripe Williams pear, peeled and cored
3 oz. prosciutto, thinly sliced and halved
With a sharp knife, cut the pear into 12 slices, lengthways. Wrap each pear slice in a half-slice of prosciutto. Arrange the prosciutto rolls on a serving platter and serve immediately.
