Pancake

Pancakes are made with a batter consisting of flour, eggs and milk and are shallow-fried on both sides.

In Southern England, CREPES are often called pancakes, but in most other parts of the British Isles and in the United

States, pancakes are smaller, slightly heavier and thicker than crepes.

Pancakes may be sweet or savoury and served hot or cool.
