NUTRITIONAL CURE FOR SENSITIVITY TO SUNLIGHT

If your skin is extremely sensitive to sunlight, you may be lacking Vitamin B3. Take more B3 before you expose your skin to the sun. Good sources are:

– liver (pork, beef, veal)

– wholegrains

– fish

– white meat

– eggs

– dates, figs, almonds

Avoid creams and ointments containing a substance called psoraline.
