Vitamin B9 helps prevent and cure certain types of poisoning. Folic acid, the main active ingredient of Vitamin B9, is found in many foods, especially:

– spinach

– broccoli

– endive

– brewer’s yeast and wheat germ

– peanuts and almonds

– liver

It is also found in the form of polyglutamate in:

– sweetbreads, kidney, poultry

– cheese and legumes

Taking B9 supplements can be very helpful.
