If you suffer from mycosis (the growth of parasitic fungi in any part of the body, or a disease caused by such fungi) eat more foods containing Vitamin B5, which is indispensable for the treatment of skin problems (herpes, mycosis) and accelerates healing (combined with Vitamin A). Good sources of B5 include:

– cabbage, tomatoes, spinach

– sunflower seeds

– beef, poultry, liver, kidney

– brewer’s yeast

– whole and sprouted grains

– wheat and rice bran

– honey, royal jelly, molasses

– oysters

– milk

– eggs

– soybean
