NUTRITIONAL CURE FOR COLD FEET AND HANDS

Cold feet and hands can be caused by a lack of iodine. Good sources of iodine are:

– marine algae (incredibly rich in iodine – 700 milligrams per 100 grams)

– soybean

– smoked herring

– seafood and shellfish

– garlic

– dried fruit and legumes

– Reduce your intake of acidic fruit, especially in the morning.

– Do some breathing exercises one hour before meals, morning, noon and night.
