NUTRITIONAL CURE FOR BOILS

If you develop one or a number of boils, eliminate the following foods from your diet, at least temporarily:

– spices

– game, processed meat

– bread

– sweets

– strong fermented cheese

– fish

– wine

– coffee

– It’s a good idea to follow a vegetarian diet during crisis periods. At the same time avoid eating too many starchy, sweet or fat foods.

– Taking at least one teaspoon of brewer’s yeast per day will help your body eliminate boils. A teaspoon of honey per day can also be helpful.

– Vitamin B8 is essential for the proper metabolism of proteins, lipids and carbohydrates. Taking B8 supplements are an effective treatment for boils. Good food sources include liver, kidneys, egg yolk, chocolate, peanuts, split peas, brewer’s yeast and mushrooms. Smaller amounts are also found in all animal and vegetal tissue.
