Nut and Raisin Stuffing

A delicate-tasting stuffing that beautifully complements roast pork, veal and poultry, Nut and Raisin Stuffing is very easy and quick to prepare.

ABOUT

12 OUNCES

4 oz. fresh breadcrumbs

2 oz. raisins, chopped

2 oz. walnuts, chopped

2 oz. butter, softened

1 egg, lightly beaten

2 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika grated rind and juice of

2- lemon

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients, stirring with a wooden spoon until they are well blended. Use as required.
