A tasty spread made from cream cheese ami nasturtium leaves, Nasturtium Spread may be used on toast or crispbread for a quick snack or as a savoury dip. It should be eaten as soon as it is made, however, as it will discolour if set aside.
4 OUNCES
4 oz. cream cheese
2 teaspoons finely chopped nasturtium leaves
½ teaspoon paprika
3 nasturtium flowers
In a small mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients, except the nasturtium flowers, beating with a wooden spoon until they are well blended.
Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and garnish with the nasturtium flowers. Serve at once.
