MUSTARD CULTIVATED ORGANICALLY

This famous salad companion of cress should be sown about four days later than cress if the two are to be used together, its period of germination being that much less, otherwise they are dealt with similarly. The white variety (pale yellow seeds) is more favoured than the brown (brown seeds) which is very pungent. The seeds are also used for making the condiment mustard. Full cultural and other details are given under CRESS.
