Munster

Munster is a French semi-hard cheese produced mostly in Alsace, (it takes its name from a small town near Strasbourg) and the Vosges. It is round in shape and has a brick-red rind. It is usually flavoured with caraway or anise seeds, although one popular variety is made with cumin.
