Lemon and Almond Flan

Lemon and Almond Flan has a smooth and creamy filling thickly sprinkled with toasted almonds. It should be served cold with cream.

1 X 9-inch Flan Case made from shortcrust pastry, baked blind and cooled cubes, and float a leaf of lemon balm on the top. Decorate the glasses with a slice of lemon or orange, if you like.
