Jamaican Coffee

Jamaican Coffee is a marvellous drink to serve after dinner or for morning coffee on a cold day.

2 tablespoons Jamaican rum

1 pint 2h cups strong, hot, black coffee, sweetened to taste

2 fl. oz. double cream , stiffly whipped

Stir the rum into the coffee and pour into four cups. Float a tablespoon of whipped cream on top of each cup and serve at once.
