This delightfully sweet-sour dressing is excellent for serving with a plain green salad. Any good quality wine or cider vinegar may be used.
6 FLUID OUNCES
1 tablespoon clear honey
5 fl. oz. vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
Place all the ingredients in a screw-top jar and shake well. Use the dressing as required.
