Hermit Crab

The hermit crab is a marine crustacean with a hard shell except around its stomach. It protects this vulnerable part of its anatomy from its enemies by crawling into empty shells.

Hermit crabs are found in the sea and in tropical and subtropical lands. They may be cooked in the same way as shrimps or prawns.
