BUSINESS NAMES, REGISTRATION OF

Any person or firm which docs not trade under its proper name or names, but assumes some other name, must be registered under the Registration of Business Names Act of 1910, and must pay a fee of five shillings. Forms for this purpose may be obtained from No. 3, Clements Inn, W.C.2. The correct name or names of the proprietor(s) must be included on all notepapcr, catalogues, trade documents, &c, and in the cases of people of nationalities other than British their nationality must also be stated.
