Balkan Champagne Cup

This is an icy party punch, easy to make but expensive. piece lemon rind juice of

2 lemons

1 tablespoons icing sugar

1 piece cucumber peel

12 fl. oz. m cups cold soda-water

2 bottles dry red wine

1 bottle champagne

Mix the lemon rind and lemon juice with the icing sugar and cucumber peel in a large punch bowl. Add the soda-water, wine and champagne.

Immediately before serving, add a block of ice.
